These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Dharohar Publishing LLP website and its general content. By accessing or using the website, you agree to them.
Owner: Dharohar Publishing LLP (LLPIN ADB-0139). Approved website publication text, frozen as Version 1.0.
1. Acceptance and Scope
This website is operated by Dharohar Publishing LLP (“Dharohar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Dharohar website and its general content.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Dharohar website introduces our publishing institution, books, authors, knowledge initiatives, publishing philosophy, and opportunities to engage with us. Website information is primarily informational and may evolve as Dharohar's catalogue, activities, and services develop.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Dharohar name, logo, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics, publishing material, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or lawfully used by Dharohar Publishing LLP or the relevant rights holder.
Books, manuscripts, excerpts, illustrations, photographs, and other works remain subject to the intellectual-property rights of their respective authors, creators, publishers, or rights holders.
Website content may not be reproduced, republished, commercially exploited, materially modified, or distributed without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Reasonable sharing of links to public pages is permitted.
4. Manuscript Submissions
Authors or other persons submitting material through “Publish With Us” represent that they have authority to submit the material for consideration.
Submission of a manuscript, proposal, synopsis, sample, or related material does not constitute acceptance for publication; does not create an author-publisher, agency, fiduciary, employment, or partnership relationship; does not guarantee review, feedback, publication, or a particular response time; does not transfer copyright or ownership to Dharohar; and does not constitute a publishing agreement.
Any publication arrangement will arise only through a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties. Authors should retain their own copies of all submitted materials.
5. Originality, Permissions, and Third-Party Rights
Persons submitting material are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit it and that, to the best of their knowledge, it does not unlawfully infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
Where a work incorporates third-party material, the author is responsible for identifying that material and obtaining permissions where legally required. Dharohar may request supporting information before proceeding with a work.
6. Books and External Platforms
Dharohar books may be made available through independent booksellers, distributors, online marketplaces, print-on-demand services, or other third-party platforms. Purchases made through those services are also subject to the applicable platform's own terms, policies, pricing, availability, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer-service arrangements.
Unless a transaction is expressly completed directly with Dharohar, Dharohar does not control the independent platform's transaction process.
7. Knowledge Centre
Articles, essays, reflections, research notes, and other Knowledge Centre materials are provided for general informational, literary, educational, or scholarly purposes. They should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, investment, or other specialised advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Accuracy and Availability
We aim to present accurate and meaningful information, but website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated. Dharohar may update, correct, remove, suspend, or modify website content or functionality when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to the website.
9. Responsible Use
You must not use the website to violate applicable law; compromise or test the security of the website without authorisation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; misuse submission or contact facilities; impersonate another person; interfere with the website's operation; or knowingly submit unlawful, malicious, or infringing material.
10. External Links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. Dharohar does not control independent third-party websites and does not automatically endorse or assume responsibility for their content, availability, products, services, security, or practices.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation
The website and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dharohar Publishing LLP will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, inability to access the website, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Privacy
Personal information associated with use of this website is addressed in Dharohar's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms of Use.
